Noble FM’s correspondent, Micheal Oladejo, who monitored situations at The Polytechnic Ibadan, reports that the management of the institution adhere strictly to the directive of the state government on school reopening.

In a chat with Noble FM News, the public relations officer of the Polytechnic Ibadan, Mr. Soladoye Adewole, explained that all necessary Covid-19 preventive materials have been put in place, while gatherings in lecture rooms reduced to 30% and hostels’ settings re-arranged to new normal.

He added that all the remote entrances leading to the school premises have been locked while food vendors in the school remain closed.

 

 

When quizzed on the school academic calendar, Mr. Adewole hinted that only the HND 2 and ND 2 students will be allowed to gain access into the school for now, while the ND 1 and HND 1 students will be summoned immediately after the examination of the students in terminal classes.

Noble FM’s correspondent, Micheal Oladejo, gathered that the institution’s Board of Studies will hold a marathon meeting this week to draft a new time table as the school re-opened.
