The Imo State University has released an abridged academic calendar for the completion of her 2019/2020 academic session.

IMSU will resume for first semester activities on the 25th January,2021 . January 25th till February 1st will be used for revision for the remaining 1st semester.Examination for the remaining first semester will start on the February 2nd and run till 9th February 2021

IMSU will resume for second semester activities on February 15th.Second semester lectures will end on May 15th.Revisions for second semester exam will be done from May 16th till 23rd of May.Imsu will conduct her examination for second semester on May 24th-15th June,2021

The following explains timetable of events for completion of 2019/2020 academic session:

(1) Jan 25th 2021: Resumption date

(2)Jan 25th-Feb 1st:Revision for remaining 2019/2020 first semester

(3)Feb 2nd-9th 2021: Examination for remaining 2019/2020 first semester

(4) February 15th 2021: Commencement of second semester 2019/2020 lectures

(5)May 15th:End of second semester 2019/2020 lectures

(6)May 16th-23rd:Revision for 2019/2020 second semester examination

(7)May 24th-15th June 2021: Examination for 2019/2020 second semester.

The resumption date was revealed on the 14th January,2021 during IMSU Senate’s meeting.
