Despise the current state of education in the country which was caused by the strike action of University workers, prospective students of major universities in the country have waited patiently for the announcement of a date for Post-UTME.

The joy of aspiring students of University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) toppled recently as the prestigious first Nigerian university released a date for the long awaited exercise.

According to the information contained in a circular by the university registrar, Dr. Chris Igbokwe, the Post-UTME exercise for aspiring students will start from Monday, January 18, 2021 to Tuesday, January 26, 2021.

The information further revealed that the institution will close it’s portal for post-UTME registration on the Friday, January 15, 2020.

It is also on record that the registration exercise started on Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

It is no doubt a most welcome development for prospective students of the institution.

This is because they have probably gotten tired of reading after many months of expectations for the examination.
