Igbinedion University, Okada, IUO resumption guidelines for the new year 2021.

This is to inform all students that in line with the Federal Government’s directive through the National Universities Commission (NUC), Igblnedlon University, Okada will reopen for the New Year on 18th January 2021 and NOT 4th January 2021 as earlier communicated. This is part of measures taken by the Government to mitigate the second wave of COVID-19 Infections In the country.

However, in keeping with the University’s policy of maintaining the sanctity of its academic calendar, online teaching via the OLMS platform will commence on 4th January. 2021 pending physical resumption. The computer-based Continuous Assessment Test will also be conducted online on a date to be communicated soon.

For fresh students, registration continues online which will Include Issuance of matriculation number and Institutional e-mail. They are also required to hook on to the OLMS platform for virtual lectures.

Students are to use their Institutional e-mail to log on to olms.luokada.edu.ng for further details on the OLMS engagement.
